Review business format and structure to ensure that it support the nature of business, buying and selling, service offer, online presence and application used in business, tax and tax planning to ensure that the business is maximizing its financial potential.

FINANCIAL & REPORTING

Financial statements are prepared from available accounting data, general ledger, or trial balance.  The process entails the compilation of bank records, cash transactions, or any software application used. We will complete the financial statements in an efficient and cost-effective matter. We are proficient in the following:

  • Quickbooks (online or desktop)

  • Simple Accounting

  • Sage50Accounting

  • Microsoft office.

OTHER ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS

Design accounting system (Chart of Account) and sub-modules to support the accounting functions of your business, thus bringing your accounting operations up to date as such:

  • General Ledger

  • Accounts Receivable and Payable

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Business Costs and Revenue

  • Budget and Cash Flow forecasting.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

Use accounting data and information to perform regular analysis of how well the business is performing. The analysis will show key results when compare with forecast or budget outcome to determine what actions to implement in order to operate more efficiently and to achieve or exceed planned results.

PAYROLL

We offer consulting services regarding payroll processing and filing of reports to CRA on a timely  basis.
